Domestic Delivery Policy
Delivery Processing Time
Supermarket grocery items are delivered within 24 Hours. Homeware, Furniture and Electrical Items will be delivered within 72 Hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Within City / Town Limits (5km Boundary) $15.00 VIP orders less than $200. Free for orders $200 and above.
Outside City / Town Limit (10km Boundary) $25.00 VIP
Outside Boundary (Above 10km) $25.00 + (1.5 * Additional km) VIP
Outside Viti Levu/Vanua Levu (e.g. Lau Group, Lomaiviti Group & Rotuma) Additional boat charges and delivery will be applicable.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MH Online DOES NOT deliver to remote addresses, and PO/GPO/Primate Mail Bag addresses.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Status
The order number can be used to contact your nearest store location selected during check out and get information on the status of your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MH Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MH Online is not liable for any products damaged or lost products. Please check your delivery against your order carefully.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Investigation of claim may take upto 7 working days.
